My path started in media sales, where I worked with well known publications like Rolling Stone, Cosmopolitan, and Entertainment Weekly, along with a range of respected B2B media brands. I spent my days working closely with marketers, executives, and growing teams, learning how decisions really get made and what makes someone stand out professionally.

As my career evolved, I moved into business development and agency leadership within the PR and marketing world, partnering with innovative consumer technology, lifestyle, and consumer product brands. What I learned quickly is that success rarely comes down to talent alone. The people who moved forward fastest understood how to build relationships, communicate their value, and position themselves confidently in the rooms that mattered.

Along the way, I found myself naturally mentoring younger colleagues and helping early career professionals figure out their next steps.
